School Management System in Java
In this School Management System project, I have used Apache Net-beans IDE and MySQL workbench for data storage. If the admin wants to manage the system admin needs to log in first after that admin can be able to manage all the functionalities.
Admin functionalities
- Add students

Add students: The admin can add new student records to the system. This would typically involve gathering information about the student, such as their name, date of birth, contact details, and any other relevant information.
Update student records: The admin can modify existing student records. This functionality allows the admin to update information such as a student's contact details, address, or any other relevant information that might change over time.
Delete students: The admin has the ability to remove student records from the system. This functionality allows for the removal of students who have graduated, transferred to another school, or for any other reason are no longer part of the school's student body.
Add teachers: The admin can add new teacher records to the system. This functionality involves collecting information about the teacher, such as their name, contact details, subjects they teach, and any other pertinent details.
Update teacher records: The admin can modify existing teacher records. This functionality allows for updating information such as a teacher's contact details, subjects taught, or any other relevant information that may change.
Delete teachers: The admin can remove teacher records from the system. This functionality enables the removal of teachers who have left the school or are no longer employed by the institution.
Add staff: The admin can add new staff records to the system. This functionality involves gathering information about the staff member, such as their name, role, contact details, and any other relevant information.
Update staff records: The admin can modify existing staff records. This functionality allows for updating information such as a staff member's contact details, role, or any other relevant details that may change.
Delete staff: The admin can delete staff records from the system. This functionality enables the removal of staff members who have left their positions or are no longer part of the school's staff.
These functionalities provide the admin with the necessary tools to manage student, teacher, and staff data within the School Management System.
